I enjoy building products while there's still a lot to figure out, from what would be useful to how the software should work. I like working across product decisions and implementation, and staying involved as people start using what we've built. I also build systems for my own use, especially when they can take repetitive work off my hands.
Outside of engineering, I spend time thinking about markets and human behavior. I also write about food, places, and how we choose to spend our time.
